The Solution

Engineered For Performance

GeoFlux engineered a 75 kW ground-source heat pump (GSHP) system coupled with 20 geothermal boreholes to tap stable earth temperatures for heating and cooling.

Radiant underfloor delivery provides silent, even comfort throughout living spaces, supplemented by fan coil units where zoning required faster response.

A mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) system ensures fresh filtered air while recovering over 85% of exhaust heat - reducing overall energy demand.

Solar PV was integrated with the GSHP plant to offset operational electricity and move the property closer to net-zero operation.
